We specialize in providing high-quality shot staff services to bars, nightclubs and events, which generate your venue an extra revenue stream. We provide our venues with professional, experienced shot staff who are all accredited by the - Interntaional Quality Hospitality Association UK and adhere to the rules of alcohol sales.
Revenue Generation: We pay you! We agree on a bottle price, and after each shift, our staff will pay you per bottle sold in cash or card. This generates an extra revenue stream for your venue with no extra work on your part.
High sales: Our shot staff are trained to maximize sales through engaging with guests, upselling, and creating a fun and interactive experience that encourages repeat purchases.
Tailored Service: We work closely with you to tailor our service to meet your specific needs. You can decide on the types of shots we sell to suit customer preferences. Themes, outfits etc ensuring that they align with your brand and image.
Convenience: Our shot staff come prepared with all the necessary equipment, including shot glasses, energy drinks, and a card machine, making the process seamless for you and your guests.
Promotion: In addition to providing exceptional service, we actively promote your venue through 11:11 Shooters and our staff's social media platforms, helping to boost your visibility and attract more customers.
Partnership Relationship: We pride ourselves on having a very close relationship with the venues we partner with, we keep in contact with management weekly to ensure everything is streamlined and professional - Updating sales after each weekend and tracking progress as well as regular check ins for quality of service!
